CANCELLATIONS | POLICY | PAYMENT • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Deposit can carry over 1x (at my discretion) • Late cancellations 24 hours before scheduled appointments will result in a deposit forfeit • Reschedules are allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty. If you reschedule late, (24hr )the same cancellation terms apply. • No-shows will forfeit the deposit and will be required to pay %50 of the service before being allowed to book again. •Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a late fee of $10 will be applied at the end of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule, and it may be considered a no-show. •I require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $25 that goes towards the service amount upon booking. NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT. You can pay the deposit through my booking site.
